Helen Boardman is an employee culture and communications consultant that partners with leaders and employees to create people-centred, engaging and inclusive cultures at work.

Helen needed a brand identity that would accurately reflect the nature of her work and position her business in the mind of her clients as having exceptionally high standards, and the reliability of delivering them.

The key sentiment that Helen wanted to convey through her brand was ‘putting people at the centre of business’. I kept this in mind during the concept stage of the project, and a happy face emerged from the logo that seemed to perfectly describe this sentiment.
